Emma is RACES's go-to for materials analysis.

She graduated from University of Northampton where she studied for a B.Sc. (Hons) in Ecology and Fossil Studies in July 2001. After working for the National Trust and RSPB she returned to university to undertake a M.Sc. in Applied Ecology and Conservation at the University of East Anglia in 2003. Emma returned to work in 2009 after a short break looking after her young family she began as the Lab Technical Lead at Myerscough College. She has over five years experience in this role. In 2012 Emma added to her academic qualifications a PGCE in Adult Education from Edgehill University.
